1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Gelly Alarm ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Gelly Alarm is a mobile alarm clock application featuring an animated character that reacts to alarm events. The App is provided free of charge and includes no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose as an alarm clock
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App
- Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. Alarm Reliability Disclaimer
While we strive to make Gelly Alarm as reliable as possible, we cannot guarantee that alarms will fire in all circumstances. Device settings (battery optimization, Do Not Disturb, etc.), operating system behavior, and other factors may affect alarm delivery. The App should not be used as the sole alarm for safety-critical wake-up needs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including the animated character designs, visual artwork, sounds, and code — is the intellectual property of Gelotto. All rights are reserved.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gelotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
9. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
